More time cubes

A while back, I posted something about the Time Cube folks. For some reason, there's been some discussion there, between one of the Time Cube fanatics and some other guy. It's interesting reading.

What's fascinating about this stuff is that, if you really read it, they're not saying anything even remotely original. They're saying, if I understand it, that at any given time, it's noon somewhere, midnight somewhere, sunrise somewhere, and sunset somewhere. Well, yeah, we've known that for several centuries, at the very least.

But, by phrasing things in confusing circular sentences, they make it appear either more elevated, or more insane, depending on your perspective.

Take this sentence, for example:

If you had not been educated stupid, you would recognise that the Earth rotates between the opposite parameters of North and South poles.

OK, so what are they saying here? That the earth rotates, pivoted at the north and south pole. Yeah. Every first grader knows that. But, by phrasing it as they have, they are intentionally causing you to react negatively to it. Why? I can't imagine.

The vast majority of their points are like this. They say obvious things, and then claim that the whole world disagrees with them. Fascinating reading, really. What we seem to have here is a scientist with no original ideas, but with an irrational feeling that the whole world is against him.

And, if his presentation ever lacks clarity, it's because words themselves are evil and stupid. This works both ways, too. If you to happen to understand what he's saying, then you really didn't understand, because you are evil and stupid. This permits him to evade having to explain anything, and it evades anyone discovering that he's not really saying anything profound.

Couching the entire debate in terms of everyone being STUPID AND EVIL, and putting everything ALL IN CAPITAL LETTERS, they manage to elevate a few trite statements to the realm of religious warfare. You know, it really makes me wonder if this guy isn't just a psychologist doing an elaborate experiment.

Nah, he's probably just a looney.

What's interesting is the number of manifestly schizophrenic personalities who manage to function well enough to interact with the internet. The Usenet newsgroups are good places to find them.

What's really weird is that their writing is just coherent enough to make you think they are saying something profound, if you could just make sense of it. The writing is sort of like what I used to generate after drinking a bottle of Gin and smoking a joint. The day after, I could never understand what I wrote, but I remember it making perfect sense at the time and knowing it was a revelation that I just had to record.

I wonder if these poor souls have that sense every waking moment? No wonder they are frustrated at our lack of understanding.

I have joined the "time cube" debate. I find it really quite enjoyable. I love to debate, especially when someone has an absolutely absurd idea.

Until you have engaged in a spirited conversation with someone having an unbelievable conviction in an absurd idea, you have not lived. Having done so with the mentally disturbed and a presumably sane person, I can safely state that engaging a presumably sane person in an insane debate is really fun. With the mentally disturbed, it is sad and sometimes scary.

I have not made up my mind on all of the time cube converts. Some are just misguided folks like the people who declare themselves "Sui Generis" and hence, like little nations, free from the laws of this country. Others are crazy like the founder of time cube.

It's quite obvious to me that rbowen has been brainwashed and indoctrinated with defensive mechanisms that cause him to suppress the Truth of Time Cube. He has failed to refute any aspect of Time Cube, and the one sentence that he quoted to support his Cubeless assertions was taken somewhat out of context, as the rest of the paragraph contained information that might not be so obvious as the fact that the 2 axial poles are opposites. Here is that paragraph again:

"If you had not been educated stupid, you would recognise that the Earth rotates between the opposite parameters of North and South poles. The Earth sphere is divided into 4 Corner Quadrants, as the 4 90-degree internal angles of a 4-corner square sum to 360 degrees, which is a full circular rotation. No shape other than the quadrilateral has this property! So the rotation is represented by 4 perpendicular corner quadrants. In one rotation, each corner rotates through the 3 other corners before returning to its initial position; this gives 4 time corners for each of the 4 space corners, equating to 16, or 4-by-4 overall SpaceTime configurations."

So while "every first grader" may know that the Earth rotates between two opposite poles, I doubt they know about the 4/16 rotation -- and rbowen conveniently omitted my explanation of this principle. rbowen, since you have failed to refute the 4 simultaneous days, I have concluded that you are unable to refute them -- so why are you so convinced that Time Cube is wrong? The answer is that you are a dummy who unquestionly accepts mainstream beliefs simply because they are mainstream -- had you lived several centuries ago, I'm sure you would believe in the erroneous yet widely accepted Flat Earth theory. Moreover, you would have tried to discredit the round-earth, heliocentric theories of Galileo with "ad hominem" attacks -- asserting that he is a crackpot, schizophrenic, etc. Do you think, rbowen, that if an analysis of Einstein's DNA showed that he was schizophrenic, it would mean that matter is not related to energy and that linear time is absolute? Well of course that would not be true, and this reflects upon the absurdity of your subversive rhetoric that you have used in order to strengthen the anti-Cubic brainwashed defensive mechanisms of yourself and other Human Blockhead Androids.

You may wish to check out the original Time Cube discussion again, as I brought up many more arguments in the first few weeks of February, before the Cubeless Academian Dr Bacchus demanded that the debate cease in order to further the cause of Cube-free-speech-suppressing 1-corner obscurantism. You will observe many cogent points that you cannot refute, but that you nonetheless refuse to accept as Truth due to your pedantic Academian inculcated brainwashing and indoctrination. You see, an open mind can be filled with garbage, but closed minds tend to be like full garbage cans with the lid screwed on tight -- so you should consider clearing all the bullshit out of your mind and critically considering alternative ways of thinking. Without Time Cube, humanity is doomed -- and since Gene Ray has warned us of this, we must take action now to avert the impending Armageddon.

Anyone else find it ironic that he calls my comments an ad hominem attack, immediately after calling me a dummy, and immediately before calling me a blockhead android?

No, Mr "equates deadly evil", I can't really say that I disagree with your theory, any more than I disagree with Edward Lear's poem "The Jumblies." They are both amusing fiction, not something to be debated. And, like any good fiction, large parts of it are just restatings of well-accepted knowledge.

Yeah, I'm still pretty sure that most first graders are aware that when it is noon here, it is night somewhere else, leading to your 4x4=16 insight. The fact that you state it in mystical terms doesn't make that bit any less obvious. My daughter is in Kindergarten, so she's not quite a first grader, but she knew this.

I'm terribly sorry that I ommitted an explanation of this phenomenon. ;-)

Oh, by the way, I am both rbowen and DrBacchus, as you might gather from the rest of my website. I suppose this makes me cubic, since I'm also a father and a Corporate Drone. And, since I have four aspects of my life (Sleep. Work. Father. Play.) I guess that, too makes 16.

By the way, have you ever checked out Discordianism? Everything there is a 5. They call it the Rule Of Five. I think you guys would get along real well.

I am, however, curious on one point. If we must take action in order to avert the impending Armageddon, what action, exactly, are you taking? I mean, other than insulting the unenlightened masses?

One point of clarification, since I appear to have made my statement with evil words. I "demanded that the debate cease", as you charmingly put it, because I figured it would make more sense for the debate to happen somewhere else, where the questioner could be surrounded by the wisdom of yourself and the rest of your enlightened associates. That, and the fact that I was getting 3 and 4 confirmation email messages a day, most of which were all in CAPS, and thus were giving my spam filters a rough time. I hope that clears it up. I encourage you to continue your debate, but just to do it elsewhere.

Thanks for the generous gift of your time in reading this. And may the Cube be with you.

Great thread! I run a site called Time Cube Central at:
http://www.great-debate.com
It's a collection of Gene Ray's many radio and TV interviews over the years. I highly recommend watching the (fairly) recent TechTV interview. I didn't know that the USA was on the path to canibalism! Thanks to Gene I am now enlightened... I wonder if we taste like chicken...

Hi DrBacchus, have you seen the latest astounding timecube.com update? Check it out:

The hollow Time Cube in which the 4
quadrant corners of Earth rotate, equates to
your 4 corner bedroom, or to a 4 corner
classroom which represents the 4 corners
of Earth - in which stupid and evil pedants
teach dumb students 1 corner knowledge.
Each of the 4 corners of Earth is the
beginning and ending of its own separate
24 hour day - all 4 simultaneous days within
a single rotation of Earth. Place 4 different
students in the 4 corners of a classroom and
rotate them 4 corners each. Note that they
rotate simultaneously within the same Time
frame as if only one is rotating - just as the
4 different days on Earth rotate. 3D math
applied within this hollow Cube would be
erroneous math, as it would not account
for the 4th corner perspective dimension.
Place a 100 people within this Cubic like
room and they will not increase the number
of corners anymore than 6 billion people on
Earth will increase the 4 corners of Earth.
It is dumb, stupid, evil and unworthy of
life on Earth to claim that this Creation
Cube has 6 sides - or no top and bottom.
Academia equates to a deadly plague.

In regard to your previous post, your accusation that I have committed an "ad hominem" fallacy is unfounded, for an "ad hominem" attack is designed to discredit someone's arguments -- but you have made no legitimate anti-Cubic arguments. For instance, I have explained how there are 4 simultaneous days in a single rotation of Earth, and you have not refuted this explanation; however, you state that "They say obvious things, and then claim that the whole world disagrees with them". Does the whole world AGREE with the notion of 4 simultaneous days in a single rotation of Earth? Again, you have not refuted the 4/16 rotation, which means that you are probably unable to refute it -- assuming that this is the case, then we can say that your refusal to accept substantiated theories that you cannot refute (do you suppose I could disprove relativity by asserting that it is fiction and that Einstein was a crackpot?) shows that you have probably been brainwashed and indoctrinated to the closed-minded mentality of a dummy and a Human Blockhead Android. Observe that the previous sentence is not intended to subversively discredit any legitimate arguments, as your "ad hominem" accusation implies; rather, it is intended to expose the fact that you are a fraud. (If you think that you're not a fraud, then how about you substantiate this by at least posting a legitimate refutation of the 4/16 rotation principle? Also I'd like to see some evidence for the teachings of discordianism.)

You asked what I am doing to avert the impending armageddon -- the answer is that I am propagating Cubic knowledge (which includes ARGUMENTS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO REFUTE, not just insults as you claimed) all over the web, and debating it with many people. Unfortunately most of these people are dummies who can't disprove the underlying Time Cube theory, instead beginning with nitpicks and then resorting to excuses and "ad hominem" attacks once I have refuted all their pseudo-arguments. Anyway, the Cubic knowledge that I am spreading is designed to provide the catalyst for free thinkers to discover the Truth -- and also to encourage them to debate it, thus facilitating a dynamic cultural body of Cubic knowledge. Once a significant proportion of the population has been enlightened, widespread pro-Cubic movements may occur, and this is what may turn society away from its current destructive course, thus averting the impending Cubeless Armageddon.

YOU MUST SEEK TIME CUBE. If you happen to post anything else on this page, could you please include a refutation of the 4 Simultaneous Days in a single rotation of Earth?

God bless the Time Cube. It has changed my life. It's way-better than Scientology, and cheaper too!
